Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate all fitout and finishing activities on site. Manage and supervise subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards. Coordinate multiple trades and maintain project programme milestones. Monitor site activities, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to maintain project progress. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental requirements. Liaise with the project team, consultants, and subcontractors to achieve successful project outcomes. About You Demonstrated experience as a Fitout Supervisor on commercial construction projects. Strong understanding of fitout sequencing, finishes, and trade coordination. Proven ability to manage subcontractors and drive programme delivery. A strong commitment to site safety and quality assurance. Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
